Jonathan Katz — Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Katz is an experienced information technology executive and entrepreneur who has successfully built teams to deliver patented technology platforms. He has managed large teams and technical resources, and been an innovative driver of software-based solutions in both healthcare and financial services. He has also successfully developed and delivered multimillion-dollar software packages for healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and trading systems for the financial services industry. He was an early designer for the Community Health Information Networks (CHINs) where he developed his passion for using technology to address the gaps in information that negatively impact healthcare.

Joseph Anstey — Chief Operating Officer

After graduating with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cape Town and a degree in business from Carnegie-Mellon Graduate Business School, Mr. Anstey has spent more than 25 years in the consumer behavior research and information systems business. Mr. Anstey has broad experience applying new technologies based on integrating datasets to solve important economic, behavioral, and business problems.

Dr. Vince Friedewald — Medical Adviser

Dr. Friedewald has extensive experience in the field of healthcare communications. He has developed online services and content for The American Journal of Cardiology while serving as Associate Editor. He teaches and conducts research in mass communications and hypertension at the University of Notre Dame, and is a professor of internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Friedewald is the author of 9 medical textbooks, including Clinical Guide to Cardiovascular Disease (Springer).

Robert Burns — Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Burns has spent his entire career in information technologies management, beginning in healthcare in 1974 as the programming manager for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He has been a development team leader for small and large team software development efforts on virtually every platform infrastructure, both in healthcare and other business domains. Mr. Burns has been a consultant focusing on electronic medical records (EMRs)/personal health records and practice management software application development and integration. He has been a regional chief information officer (CIO) for MedPartners, a Fortune 100 physician management company, as well as CIO for Kelsey Seybold Clinic, a 400-provider multispecialty clinic in the Houston Medical Center and surrounding area.
